How to activate your travel eSIM
Choose the correct data line, enable roaming and connect after arriving at your destination.
Installation and activation are different
Installation downloads the eSIM profile to your phone. Activation starts the plan according to the rules attached to that plan. Some plans activate on first network connection, while others may begin after installation or purchase. Always check the activation policy shown before checkout and in your order details.
When you arrive

Open your phone’s SIM or mobile-service settings.

Turn on the Wisp line.

Choose Wisp for mobile data.

Enable data roaming for the Wisp line when required by the plan.

Keep data switching disabled if you do not want the phone to fall back to your primary SIM.

Wait a few minutes for the phone to register on a supported local network.
Protect your primary line
Your normal SIM can remain available for calls and messages on a dual-SIM phone. To avoid roaming data charges from your home network, make sure mobile data is assigned to Wisp and automatic data switching is disabled.
