eSIM troubleshooting when you cannot connect

Work through the most common installation, activation and mobile-data problems.

Start with these checks

    Confirm you are inside the plan’s covered country or region.

  2. 2

    Check that the Wisp line is switched on and selected for mobile data.

  3. 3

    Enable data roaming on the Wisp line.

  4. 4

    Turn airplane mode on for 20 seconds, then turn it off.

  5. 5

    Restart the phone and allow several minutes for network registration.

If the eSIM will not install

Connect to stable Wi-Fi, confirm the activation details were entered exactly and check whether the profile is already listed in your SIM settings. Do not repeatedly scan the code or delete a partially installed profile. Contact support with the order reference and a screenshot of the message instead.

If signal appears but data does not work

    Confirm the plan still has data and has not expired.

  2. 2

    Check whether the plan requires a specific APN and enter it exactly as provided.

  3. 3

    Try automatic network selection first; use manual selection only when the plan guidance names supported networks.

  4. 4

    Temporarily disable VPN or private relay services while testing.
