01Start with primary sources
We prefer mobile-network terms, device-manufacturer documentation, regulators, government travel advice and official tourism or transport authorities. Where a guide relies on an external fact, we link to the most useful original source.
02Separate guidance from sales
Wisp sells travel eSIMs, so our destination and product pages have a commercial purpose. Guides explain practical choices and limitations without presenting every traveller as needing a Wisp plan.
03Avoid promises a network cannot keep
Coverage, speed, routing and app availability can change with location, congestion, device support and local policy. We describe supported features and reviewed routes without guaranteeing continuous service or access to a particular app.
04Show when information changed
Editorial articles display a published or updated date. Live plan prices and availability come from Wisp’s synchronised catalogue and should always be checked again on the destination page before purchase.
05Use tools responsibly
Software may help organise research, compare structured information or prepare a draft. Wisp remains responsible for the published page, its sources and any corrections; automation is not treated as evidence on its own.
